Great hostel! the rooms were clean and comfortable, with individual lights and power sockets for each bed. the common room was a cozy place to hang out and meet other travelers. the staff were friendly and helpful, providing assistance with luggage and being readily available. the location was also convenient, with easy access to public transportation and key attractions. a fantastic atmosphere and a perfect place for a solo traveler.

The WiFi connection was a bit unreliable at times, which was a minor inconvenience. there were a few mosquitoes in the room, which made sleeping somewhat uncomfortable.

I had an amazing time during my stay at Cocomama! I was in Amsterdam for a week and the location of the hotel was perfect for exploring the city. The tram and metro stations were conveniently located nearby, making it easy to get around. The atmosphere at Cocomama was very relaxed and welcoming, with friendly and accommodating staff. I loved the garden outside where I could chill out, and the kitchen and living area were great amenities. The 6-bed dorm I stayed in was spacious and the bunks were surprisingly private, especially the top one. The rooms and bathrooms were clean, and the mattress on the bunk bed was incredibly comfortable. Cocomama felt like a boutique hostel with its comfortable and inviting vibe.

Arriving late on my first night for check-in at Cocomama, I received a warm welcome from the staff. Throughout my stay, they constantly checked in to make sure I was doing well. the hostel is ideal for backpackers and groups of friends traveling together. They also had daily events to promote socializing. I appreciated their understanding and kindness when I checked out without informing them, leading to a missing key penalty fee, which they graciously returned. Thank you, Cocomama!
